How to change the tracker of a Redmine issue

This article is for Redmine 1.3 or earlier. In Redmine 1.4 or later, you can change the tracker on the normal issue update page (#7603)
To change the tracker of an issue, click the "(More)" link on the right of "Change properties" on the issue update page. Some of the fields in the box change, and a page appears where you can change the tracker and other fields.
To change the tracker, you need the "Edit issues" permission. By default, this permission is given to the "Manager" role and the "Developer" role.
