Select a project member from a list in a Redmine custom field

The standard fields of an issue include the "Assignee" field, where you can select a project member from a drop-down list. If you add a custom field with the "User" format, you can add a field where you can select a member in the same way as "Assignee".
The following example adds a custom field called "Reviewer" to show clearly who reviews or reviewed the work.
