How to send an email to all registered users of Redmine

To send an email to all users registered in Redmine, publish news in a project to which all users are added as members.

When you publish news in a project, a notification email is sent to the members. If you create a project for publishing news and add all users as members, you can send an email to all members of the project.

Steps

Create a project for publishing news
Go to "Administration" → "Projects" → "New project", select the "News" module, and click "Create".
Add all users to the project as members
Add them with "New member" in the "Members" tab.
Add news
Go to "News" → "Add news", enter the content that you want to announce, and click "Create".
