Getting a list of all attachments in Redmine
When you want to delete unnecessary files from the files that are attached in Redmine, it is useful to run the following script and get a list of the attachments.
The list contains information such as the file name, file size, creation date, and the object that the file is attached to. After you find an unnecessary file in the list, open the object that the file is attached to in a web browser and delete the file.
Format of the output list
The list is output as tab-separated text (encoding: UTF-8). The meaning of each column is as follows.
- Column 1: Attachment ID
- Column 2: File name
- Column 3: File size (unit: bytes)
- Column 4: Upload date and time
- Column 5: Project identifier
- Column 6: Type of the object that the file is attached to (Issue = issue, Document = document, and so on)
- Column 7: ID of the object that the file is attached to (the issue number for an issue)
- Column 8: Title of the object that the file is attached to (only when the object is a WikiPage or a Document)
